All very well having a bike for nice rides and a bike for NADS rides if you take the right bike for the job. Today i did not, and put the poor GS through stuff I sweared it would not have to do. Mind you it is very capable and ultra stable.

Oh well no harm done this time, except for a few gorse scratches on my beautiful black paint.

Was fun , I miss the NADS rides. Nice meeting you John.
I mentioned vegetables once, but I think I got away with it...........

That chicane wasn't bad considering I cut that gap a year ago.

Apparently, you can go down Kokoroa Rd, hang a right and get up to an old Maori Mine...

nice pics lads, looked like a fun outing. Not enough pics of the 990 though, but still not bad for banjo pickers.

How come there are pics on this thread?- I had to check that I was on KB - haven't seen pics on here before. Body felt pretty good today actually, still there's always the day after the day after.

Is there a road there or would we be shimmering under gorse? Silly question really...

Once I went up there and came to a big house opposite Hori Bay-ish.

interested in having a look at the Tinline-Hebberds road thing. Might be a pretty good loop encompassing the Maungatap and even Central road if we can figure it out.
