I haven't paid attention to this, cause I really don't care; but I thought part of this case was the audio recording of Key telling the cops what to do... You know obeying the whole "separation of police & state" & all that.

I don't expect this to cost much at all, I'm expecting Key/Govt to illegally interfere & have this squashed before it gets anywhere; Like they allegedly tried with the Banks thing
