It will be worth over 2 grand thats for sure hint hint
    Personally ... I'd rather pay $2000 for this ...

The engine isn't the only part on a bike. You said yourself that you had to replace the engine because the previous owner thrashed the shit out of the bike. The bike is a pile of junk with a fucked clutch, fucked tyres and an idiotic new paint job. It's about $1,500 absolutely TOPS.

Then personally go and pay 2g's for that then. I ain't asking your personal opinion just if anyone was keen for mine thats all, hence the expression of interest. If you are into run of the mill looking bikes then good on you, but there are some of us that are into unique looking ones and something a little different, thats the vein I am on. Thanks for the advice though

i think riding it at top speed and over revving it for a long period of time isn't really thrashing the whole bike is it? new engine means complete new engine, gearbox included. You are obviously not very mechanically minded mr Gaylord, do your research and then come chat to mans innit. Cos seriously you ain't even seen the new paint scheme yet and you want to form an opinion? Sod off man. Your dick is a pile of junk thats why you jump on a forum pretending to be the know all and be all of someone else's sale. get off your high horse son and let a man try and sell his bike for what he thinks its worth and for what some appreciative buyer will be willing to pay for it and not a formulated opinion from not actually riding on or working on the bike itself based on your oh so knowledgeable mind

being assertive and being a dickhead is the difference between a boy and a man son. Personally it ain't personal. Just standing up for my bike and what i know to be true of it and also the potential sale of it cos I really wouldn't mind a bigger bike. thanks anyways

Different ... I would agree there ... and I think you missed the vein.

To even advertise it's availability for sale (at any price) .. shows you have a sense of humour.

Sense of reality ... sadly lacking.

Good luck with the sale though ..... and post pic's of your other "toys" ... we could do with a laugh ...

This is hilarious, especially coming from the mechanic that had to join an internet forum to learn how an internal combustion engine works.

Get YOUR quotes sorted ... I did say I would RATHER pay $2000 for the stock GN (with 8000 km's on the clock) ... than for a hacked and slashed shit heap on dodgy tyres (and in need of a paint job) with 36,000 km's on the clock.

1, If you are going to sell a bike at least take the photos outside the workshop that nobody has bothered to clean in the last decade.

2, Get an realistic idea of what the bike is worth before trying to sell it on a motorcycle website. The members may just know what it is really worth.

3, Dont post pics of your bike with chicken strips wider than Nevada.

4, That Ginny that FJR posted is really tidy and just about worth 2k. If I had a spare 2k I would buy it for a work hack. Your bike is not. Contrary to belief, modding the crap out of a bike does not increase its value. It drops it.

5, Your putting a Jap motor into a Capri?????

This is hillarious indeed. Lol guys who talk like they know everything obviously trying to make up for a sense of importance in real life trying to tell me what is right and what isnt. Lol especially when I admittedl said I had never worked on a bike before and a good tradesman will always do his research to make sure they get things right and if mot learn from their mistakes. Lol hacked up pos. That could be said for you fuckers minds

    Only thrashing the engine .. ?? .... GN's aren't worth much ... LESS with a fucked engine ..

Personal insults are NOT helping your argument.

A paint scheme that you haven't the money or inclination to get done as you have too many toys to complete ...

Those "Formulated opinions:" could be potential buyers ... insults detract from THAT possibility ...
