I know, but as you were being caring and generous you shared. So you were either licking or fucking...and who was doing it to whom (or what)? Some people have to pay over $100 for a deer lick![]()
Come on this is more important than whether you cheated death or cheated at the track; more important than whether MNZ has got your goat recently (see what I did there?)![]()
Legalise anarchy
So after receiving MNZ latest email about the "phasing in" of rules (not really sure there is anything phased about it,, if all bikes must comply before 1 Dec 2014, but I digress from the point I was wanting to make).
I didn't realise till reading it how poorly worded the sharkfin rule is
So, MNZ want sharkfins, BUT if it too hard don't worry about it you don't have to do it? WTF.A chainguard or sharkfin made of suitable material MUST be fitted in such a way to prevent trapping between the lower chain run and the
final drive sprocket at the rear wheel. Machines where swingarm shape or positioning prevents fitment are excepted (for example Yamaha R1).
It's going to be interesting to see how far that's taken in the case of swingarms which have been braced underneath. Would depend on how far back the bracing comes I'd imagine.
Now have another read back through them and " PAY ATTENTION " the IMPORTANT parts that they have simply left out of the rules man haha and there is " NO WAY" a protest could be upheld if some one was to protest based on how the rules are Written now and Technically binding!
NO, I will not clarify what it is I am saying, but if you think outside the square you will find the extremelly important missing parts, and no one that builds there bike to the "max of the written rules" could be deemed a cheapter at all.
Are the new rules even Legit as they were released after the Agreed date as per the constitution? Ok on mnz web site it does say they asked there lawyer but but but?
I have 2 international riders that want to come and do the tri series and the NZ champs, but they are now seriously considering just doing the Tri series as they are uncomfortable with how things are being done here with the NZ Champs and the way the rules are written now, at least with the tri series the rules are extremelly clear.
