Suzuki DRZ bogging?

hi i have a suzuki 125 drz when we open throttle wide it bogs down goes ok at lower revs have cleaned carb out changed plug took valve out of tank check filter reffited still the same the bike hasent been used for 6 months or so any ideas on what might be wrong thanks

So the bike was going ok before it was parked up?
How did you clean the carb? If the bike has been idle for long enough for the fuel to go off (doesn't smell like petrol anymore) the old fuel will leave varnish like deposits in the carb. These deposits wont be removed with a simple "strip and blow-out". Take the carb into a shop and get a hot-tank or sonic clean.

yes it was going ok i tried carb clean i put new fuel in it i will take carb off and see about a clean for it do you think it sounds like a carb problem i see on ebay the complete carbs are quite cheap thabks

Still not convinced by the old fuel argument, being that I started the missus's CRF150 last weekend, after it had been sat unused for over 2 years. A couple of cranks with the plug cap off to get some oil around the engine, then she fired straight away and ran great.

Having said that, it does sound possibly carb-related but a new plug wouldn't go amiss.
