Fuel tap/fuel line/tank breather size....small tracks don't show that up like a nice long straight.
Also possible that the accelerator pump bleeds fuel till it's supply circuit is empty then the mixture would lean out....again wouldn't show up on a short track or an acceleration run on a dyno.

Check fuel flow into a container for at least a couple of minutes - if it's adequate, go richer on the main....

Ok will cheak fuel flow, was trying to pump more fuel in it through the pumper l did put I bigger jet in it but seemed the same was wonding if the needle was restricting it , hope greymouth wont worry it to much

If you almost got to the hairpin before trouble, you'll be fine on greymouth.
Float needle won't be on it's seat anyway - Greymouth is bumpy....

With my FCR I found it was pushing way to much fuel through the pump and lean as on the main. I ditched the pump for small tracks, even big tracks like manfield were a pain to get it working right. Where is the clip on the needle?

We have had similar problems with the OKOs running out of fuel at the end of the main straight or coming up to the hairpin. our fix was make sure you had long main jets not the button ones and try and get the carb a bit more level,
My neighbours diary says I have boundary issues
