    ECU flash - anyone in unzud do this?

    as per title.

    Do any reputable shops do ecu flashing in NZ? - i know there are a few blokes with the flashtune software, but not oer the moon about sending my ecu to a self taught joe bloggs.

    If its a Suzuki, Yamaha or Kawasaki on the Woolich list of can does get yourself ecu set up and then you can change when you like anything you like and download other peoples maps etc. I sent mine away and paid Brocks to unlock it and got it back with only about half the useful changes being made.

    TripleZee could do Tuneboy, did it in a KTM, but ended up reverting as I didn't like the consequences (KTM tools not able to subsequently work with it).

    Seriously don't do what I did. Get the gear and then you can make yourself multiple maps and use multiple other peoples maps.
    I paid $250 usd for a flash and then bought my own system and dumped what I had already purchased.
    You can even retune it yourself each time you alter something on the bike. The 345usd is all you need.

    You wont need anything more than the basic bike harness kit.
