Well first they should stop sealing more gravel roads. Guess what, more sealed roads to maintain the following year...
Brand new road, they put hot mix down. Couple of years later, with only minor issues, reseal the whole lot with chip seal. A month later it's worse than the hot mix. Whomever did Highbrook should have been laid in the road to be driven over...
