You misunderstand... First, hopefully you're doing it on the track because doing on the road is only asking for the bike/helmet/you to follow.

Don't be such a grumpy old Gremlin. I remember going to car parks with Tristan, Texmo and Dan (Rayzor?) on weekends on our little ZXR250's and doing the same shit for hours on end. That said, don't think that I ever got a knee down on the road legitimately! And yeah, getting it down on the track is nothing special either.
