Yea I heard there was lots of flats, the two guys I was riding with both got flat fronts, the Gas Gas on the first lap and the KLX on the 3rd.

I'm loving my rear tu-bliss so much, and with so many flats happening, I ordered a front off T7 when I got home, turned up at work today

I also rate the X20's ALOT, as good if not a little better in the mud over the S12's, but way better on firm slippery ground.

On the Honda I've had two sets of S12's, a 403/404 combo, X30 set and now the X20's

X20's by far the best winter tire out of the above, for me any how.

Yeah i wanted to get a front tu-bliss and saw they were on sale, but other things to pay for first, i can wait. Looking forward to flagpole and warmer days, might catch ya there.

She will be ok, flagpole won't be hard for her, depending on her skill level. What is her bike ? Should be able to put guards on most bikes to protect most parts

Holly shoot that was a windy ride today at Amberley, bit of carnage early on but avoided getting mixed up in the group pile up as half a dozen others got blowen on to a fence and thus a bit tangled.... then my goggles actually blew off, guess I should of tightened the strap a bit more.
Would be good if it was $25 for lap one, another $25 for lap 2 and after that they were all free. Wouldn't seem like such a waste as paying $50 for one lap is but I wasn't keen to go again with it blowing like that in the exposed areas.

I must say I have never been trail riding in wind like that before. Lap 2 was a little better and lap 3 was even better then 2 nice cold beers from the back of my car completed my perfect day, drive home unload everything then a nice cold ice block from the freezer YUM

Yip was bloody windy, we went and sat down in the middle of the second enduro deviation clay creek area where it was cooler and hardly windy, had our lunch, was nice.

Yea very windy up high in the open parts.

I did 3 loops, only dropped the bike the one time, but did it in a funny way......

    https://youtu.be/1srSnzjYmXI

This was loop two on that little up hill part in endure 1
It was soo much softer under wheel/cut up from loop one.

Had a clear run in loop 3, good fast lap, some tree branch took out my right fork bleeder valve, so I had wee drops of fork oil coming out and all over my chest mount go pro, doesn't make for a great picture lol.

This was the first enduro deviation hill climb, I got up first time no worries but second time I had a flat rear tyre and well the picture says it all, FAIL

The main bonus was I have the Tubliss on board http://www.motomox.co.nz/shop/show_s...t.php?prod=271 so I rode the one and a half laps with a flat rear tyre no probs, still did 3 enduro deviations with a flatty, was interesting riding I must say, it was like riding a water bed without baffles but is was my get out of jail free card to carry on riding for the rest of the day

    lots of fun though.
