Panadol is bad because you can Overdose on it.
panadol IS bad. It's the only aniline analgesic allowed on the market any more (no pressure, huh big pharma) even well under the max daily dose (~2000mg) it does damage to your liver and kidneys. About 3x that (6k) is generally enough to make you very very unhappy. Or ded.

Shit this place is full of heroes. Bit hypocritical of me to point that out though, I was going over my posts from years ago and I was worse.

she'll be right implies that you know something is dodgy but go with it anyway.

There is absolutely nothing dodgy about exceeding the posted speed limit, by a capable horse pilot, on a capable horse.

You and assumptions are very close acquaintances. And that isn't an 'assumption', rather an observation.

I wasn't bragging, just stating simple facts. Time, place, road conditions were rather important.

Yes, but you can't get from A to B without some speed.
How much speed is OK? Obviously you need enough to get you to your destination in a timely manner, but not so much that the risk of crashing rises to unacceptable levels.
The trick is to give due consideration to the conditions and moderate your speed appropriately - clearly the subject of this thread came to grief which suggests that he was most likely travelling too fast for the conditions, that doesn't mean that it isn't possible to ride fast in different conditions while keeping the risk of misfortune low.

Hands up everyone who has dropped a bike, and been the only vehicle, person, or animal involved.

Right. Everyone with their fucken hand up, has gone too fast for the conditions. Those who expected to crash, lower your hand.

Right. Now everyone with their hand up can attest that thinking you are safe is easy enough to get wrong.

So fuck up, I'll bet dinner and a movie that not fucken one of you is capable of always being right about what is safe.

For the sake of cock measuring, typing a bunch of absolute bulshit on here is fucken futile.

    You. Dumb. Cunts!
