    I only want a rear, and that only because I don't have the room in the garage to fit a lift table. There's space for the SDR, it's just not easy to position it there.

    Yeh the front will lock to the rear so it will be stable when moved.

    Yep, good idea. Make the lever arms socket into a short sleeve and push them through to connect to the other end arm?

    Something like that, I'd like to have both able to rotate back a bit to rest the weight on the stand's frame to act as a brake too.

    Found time for a bit of design work on this. Viffer is in the naughty corner after taking a swing at my beemer though. Fucking foot bit on the centerstand snapped off as I was levering it on to it, causing us both to fall over on it.
