Probably can't give you a decent answer on that one, but the hardest thing i've ever had to do is talk to a seven year old about how come his mother has cancer and journey along side them, it sent me into a break down but that person is still alive when the doctors say they shouldn't be. I reckon that considering the work they put into the outfit they did pretty well.
