You would've loved it Nordie, there was gorse and locked gates and the prunning saw came out a couple of times.
It was just like a NADS ride of old

Rog took a picture, so ride did happen.....

left BGW in convoy with Rog, did Dovedale, Sunday Creek, Tadmor, Courthouse Flat, Sherry/Slippery, McIntire rd.
Learned a lesson on headin home,,

When you hit reserve, and then go past a servo thinkin 'Nah, nearly home', whats left in the tank may be less than expected.
Least it was only a couple of k.......

anyway, what about another ride on Monday??
Meybe Clint will give a guided tour of Murch area?

Well the timing would be great as Ive got two weeks off at the mo....
But.....that's because I've got a herniated disk in my back & are on compo.
Went out for a wee ride yesterday evening, to see if I could....& man did I pay for that at 3am today.
And it wasn't a work related injury....its a compression injury from 3 months back, whilst doing a "getting over logs" exercise that went wrong, getting smacked up the arse with the bikes seat & fired over the bars...

I learnt to only hop over small logs on the 530 (sub 530mm dia ) I leave anything bigger to the trials bike.

Hope that back comes right real soon PT

Tried to get over a pile of logs about 6hundred. Didn't!
I do have a TLR250 which I got not long before the XR buI had an off on that & it doesn't want to play anymore seemingly...then with the new toy its been neglected.

I would give that Lazyboy a bit more ground clearance, knowing some of the places you will try to take it.....
