Old man sold it after buying a new one with a stock crate (I have this feeling that may have been his plan all along. Look honey that trailer is stuffed, but I have found this one and it is a bargain)

I thought it had been turned into a rule after Alan Satherley was killed at Paeroa but having been through the rule book I couldn't find it

I sure it is the coroner's ruling or recommend so mnz don't want to go against that

Pretty sure it came out as a directive to organisers.

It was a recommendation by the coroner, not an official rule, as far as im aware.

How do you determine the difference between a modern and a classic?

the Beemer was the most modern bike I could afford, and had modern smart cat tyres on it.

some fun sponge at the Burt Munroe in 2014 thought that the pre 76 chairs shouldn't race with the pre 63 chairs because they were more modern, and submitted a proposed rule change to MNZ.

Should Adam and Stu be racing with the classics?

Sounds like a cluster fuck to try and make an official rule around.

The top classics are quicker than a few of the moderns anyway
