We (that means the boss, I just go where I'm told and do the job) contract to a couple of outfits, doing heat pump and ventilation system installs. It was a food way for Choppa to have constant work coming in when the company was starting and getting established. But fuck me if these cunts aren't starting to take the piss out of the loyalty they've been and are being shown, now that we're run of our fucking feet (and have been right through summer in all!), by sending us to jobs that they know are really not ideal.
Fucking ventilation system install today. 400mm clear height in the crawl space maximum, then 200mm through the trusses. Covered in scratches and bruises because the end customer was a really good cunt and I didn't want to disappoint him by saying it couldn't be done.
The cunt selling these things knows damn well what is realistically achievable. End customer had even asked the fast talking fucktard of the tight space was going to be an issue, since having been previously told that insulation installers don't work in that cramped a space. "The installer will make the call in the day about the space" he gets back. At that point I'd have told old quick jaw to fuck right off, but this chap was very keen to get the condensation problem solved, so had to take the punt.
I drove to fucking Palmerton North from Wellington for that shit. What if I'd been in a mood and justifiably said I wasn't prepared to do it? This cunt is stuck with water on the sills and a shit of a house to heat, and Choppa's out of pocket half a days wages and a tank of bloody gas!
All because a moron cunt on commission wants his 5%.
