Well the deaths of those who contracted a terminal disease from a product that was knowingly sold in a contaminated state sure as fuck were.

What else would you call it?

Are you saying that is the usual case in which pharmaceuticals are contributory to a person's death?

Are you saying that that the anti vax movement hasn't caused a lot of preventable deaths?

Then what's the problem? lots of things, including motorcycles, have an associated death rate. Pharmaceuticals is however, part of a subset which has an associated life rate as well; now which do you think is bigger?

I do suspect though that deaths caused by adverse reactions to a pharmaceutical product don't particularly bother the pharmaceutical industry until they reach scandalous levels.

Life is cheap when there's money to be made.

Money is cheap when there are lives to be saved. Don't focus so greedily on the money, the pharmaceutical industry is there to save lives.

..and do so in an economically sustainable fashion, obviously. But there are certainly enough ethical people involved to push you best case for an unethical industry 30 fucking years ago Jesus wept KM, you come up with some bullshit stuff in your hatred of 'the man', 'big pharma' and your other bigoted endevours; but this one is right up there

They are there to make money like all businesses. But they won't make money by doing a bad job. Like all businesses.

    Fuck you're a perfidious cunt.

How about you toddle off and find out how many millions of lives have been saved and how many millions have been made immeasurably better by the pharmaceutical industry.

And then come tell us how fucked up the industry is, and how their contribution to world health is so much less beneficial than your effort.

Aye, grasping cunts like Katflap and his mates miss that about the businesses they slag off: the ones that fail to make a profit this month aren't around to do anything the next month, no matter how beneficial.
