    Also, despite the "Road Closed" sign just past Bridal Veil Falls, that road is open and comes out before the Mako Mako Marae.

    The first two, my trusty Nikon D7000 and Nikkor 17-55 f/2.8. The second is a 9 shot stitch.

    The selfie is my GoPro3 Black, mounted in the frame on a monopod. Actually shooting 1080p 48fps video at the time. Usually I'd shoot timelapse but was going with video in this case as I am experimenting with various mounts from a stability point of view at the moment. Using a handheld monopod is the only stable footage at all "off bike" I can achieve at the moment. Anything mounted on the bike with an extension arm is too wobbly.

    Haha - let's be honest, if one were better than the other, one would be out of business. It comes down to layout preference...
