That actually gets into a very deep philosophical and intellectual argument about the limits of free speech, and whether and in what circumstances it should be limited.
The obvious example is hate speech. another example might be a medical professional asked to publicly comment on an issue of public interest but being prevented from doing so by wording in an employment agreement.
Broadly, my view is that mostly what I say in internet forums I would be happy enough to say to someones face.
I do swear a lot IRL as well.
