Didn't the Northern Territory see an increase in accidents when they removed the "no speed limit outside of townships" rule?

The reports I saw suggested decreases in accidents.

Which is common enough most places where regulation is relaxed.

Somewhere had no WOF at all but huge pentalities or no insurance if the driver had an accident or was pulled over by the police and found to have a dangerous car. I can't remeber where it was but the cars turned out to be on the whole better good mechanical condition.

Shane i assure you I haven't set you up firstly I have 34 years experience I have rode lots of bike and secondly the guzzi isn't standad it café racer running flat side so power is low down it has a Daytona cam in it off the 1000cc Daytona and I assure I did take the corner at 100kms my nick name is sweep in ttag club I got that nick name for my ability to go round corners fast I also ride with ants who has a 1050 trumpie and the only difference between us is his bike has more horse power hope this clears up the miss under standing I never claim to do any thing I haven't done and often go to have a go day in chch in febuary
