what is the locality of this salubrious motorcycle accomodation?.Is there free parking close by? Ie if one had to drive to said garage to partake in a days riding could one park their car there for the day?could said car fit in the garage whilst the motorcycle is away?

It's located in a cul-de-sac off Ghuznee Street ( The Terrace end ) kind of near the entrance to the motorway tunnel.

I'm pretty sure it's residential parking and you couldn't park a car in the garage as my bike's parked in there.

I have to say this is one epic thread, I was looking for a garage a few months back but really wanted one I could work on my bikes in and was having trouble finding one close to me and every time I searched good it would bring me to this thread. Finding the advert would have been fine but every time I looked the spot was taken anyway I did finally find a garage in Hataitai and have a couple of project bikes in it already and have been having lots of fun every time I have time mucking about in it on my bikes.
