    Sensibly, he has done the bar height adjustment in small increments of 200mm at a time, until he gets it right.

    That's a fair call. Have to admit that I started getting tempted. I'd be riding home with the tinted visor down 100% of the time though...

    Bad back: yes been there, pilates worked for me.
