Trying to locate this Norton

Dose anyone know where this Norton is? A friend use to own it, it has a Norton model 7 twin frame, 16H forks, Triumph gearbox and an unknown tank and AJS rear wheel or something, REG# 21RPS,

gone are the days when you could pay $15 and get them from LTSA. I found one of the owners and got the email of the guy who possibly owns it but no reply yet.
