    Did read somewhere that either the EU or USA bikes had this .

    on a related note - That new instrument cluster is quite nice - looks and feels like a Busa ought to, but also looks modern,

    I loved the original Katana dials.

    Revs went one way, speed the other. Cool to see.

    You didn't look em at them very closely then . They both spun in the same direction. Just the starting point on the dial differed ... to appear like they turned in opposite directions.

    Yea, one strange thing, the thing was on its side for frikkin ages and yet the rev counter showed it was still idling, would of thought a tip over switch would of shut it off lying on its side like that.

    And when you're leaning into a corner ... it could shut itself off ...

    Leaning into a corner is a bit different, even GP bikes don't go past 60 degrees, a bike at 90 degrees should definitely shut off. Every injected bike I've owned has had a tip over switch.
