Tis the stupidity of capitalism that so much needs doing when so much of that so much that needs doing is completely fucking pointless outwith making money.

A new level of dumb is infecting our roads. First time I saw one on way to work in dark wasn’t so bad.... semi urban area 50k....

But today as I crest rise before dropping into a set of narrow twisty “fun” 100kmh bit of road I catch sight of a black open face helmet. Straight away visual clues about its movement suggest something g odd, not flowing like a motorbike type movement.
Well F$&k me here’s a hipster doofus on one of those sedgewsy type things without a handle bar, just two wheels and a platform they stand on. Speed control must be through wifi remote or something. He was wearing black clothing and will shortly be roadkill under some farmers Hilux or a stock truck if traffic catches him in bad spot .

G20: World leaders agree to historic corporate tax deal ... ahhhh, ye olde, "we just need more money to fix the problems" line. The blind leading the blind.

A largish crowd has gathered at Dealey Plaza in Dallas for the return of JFK Jr. And people in the crowd are calling reporters "fake news"!

In the real world JFK Jr died in a 'plane crash in 1999. Also the Kennedy clan were Democrats not Republicans but..

That may seem crazy to you, as it should, but we are not immune. There is a woman in this country, a doctor no less, who wants Jacinda Ardern tried for crimes against humanity. The appropriate sentence for which she says would be death. Or possibly cracking rocks for life? This is to come to pass at Nuremberg 2.

There would seem to be ample evidence that the various national mental health systems have failed.

The message below may seem like howling into the void, but the sender and forwarder have over 350 thousand Telegram subscribers between them. Assuming JFK Jr didn't appear a couple of hours ago as scheduled, all the Q adherents have to adjust to yet another failed prophesy. No problem there'll be another, just as crazy, along shortly.

I mean, Death seems a bit harsh, but apart from that...

TBH I think all J'Ardern needs to do is get an actual job an experience life as an actual kiwi. She could crack rocks, would probably be good for her.....is Waihi Gold still hiring?
But once she starts working, she might change her idea about the world. She might find out its a bit different than the metaverse....

Family violence, unemployment benefits and "government work" are all cyclic and all self-fulfilling prophecies. Unfortunately, the venn diagram doesn't show a correlation to the dregs of society otherwise there might be some real change in the world. Only country that seems to have figured this out right now is Afghanistan.

Back to the fish shop for Cinderella, how someone could cruise round at Uni after working a fish shop then pop into the PM role continues to amaze.

Was quite surprised on her recent “surprise” vax tour that she grew up (for some years st least) in murupara, quite u rugged little forestry based village. You’d think she’d have much more drive towards policies that made a real difference to those people.
I do love how she’s practically doubled house prices in my area, Keys would never envious of that method of ending a hlusing crisis.

Even one of our mainstream news papers operating on govt welfare penned an article about how labour needs to be grooming her successor now lest the labrats end up in dogtucker form like the bats. Talked of burnout from all the covid response, terror attacks etc blah blah blah.
We want more houses built so she laid a 5k$ tax on tradie utes pushing up building costs....
Gang violence out of control along with taking over public facilities for funerals and patch events
American style drive by shootings are now normal on six o clock news
Normal person on holiday can’t get room because motels full of Winx clients.
We have an aging population, those in areas not affected by virus ain’t forgetting in s hurry about be denied access to grandkids or friends funerals.

Key was never interested in ending a housing crisis (or even a hlusing crisis). Key was focused on growing income for the already wealthy. Indeed, reducing the amount of state housing available by selling it off or demolishing under the pretext of "earthquake prone" was more about driving up demand for housing, coupled with an immigration policy bring more people into the country than there were houses for.

One of nationals biggest donors was Earl hagaman who just so happened to own the hotel chain that the key government used as emergency housing.
