I don't disagree with any of that.
however, you may want to redress your opinion on byd.

Interestingly - and to the point above, Elon's political puppet De Sanctimonious has just passed laws in Florida making it impossible to sue the "space industry" for any damage or loss of life incurred in operation.

Now just why should these be needed ? Hmm ? Any obvious suggestions ?

Possibly political in the space race against China

I can guarantee people will die in the quest to build a population on the Moon then Mars

People have died throughout history exploring new continents and cultures

If being afraid of dying in the quest to build a civilization outside Earth is your greatest fear, I've got bad news for you, we all gonna die, some of old age, many on our bikes, or I wouldn't mind slamming into the surface of Mars in a massive explosion if the data could be used to get a survivable landing of humans on Mars.

Did you read the article? This has nothing to do with an automated motorcycle, I regret wasting my time clicking on links people on this thread post, I'd prefer reading your own opinion, if I wanted an opinion from a journalist I'd pay them $5 per week for a subscription.

If anyone wants to buy a Chinese EV by all means do, theirs 2 billion internal combustion engines that need replacing around the world, you don't have to buy a Tesla the number 1 selling car in the world so far this year.

My response wasn't a personal attack just an observation

The opposite of adventurous or brave is a pussy.

Hence you are the opposite of adventurous or brave to explore or try new things

    In other words a pussy.
I love personal attacks especially when they come from a liar projecting their own fears and failings in a flimsy attempt at insult. As it says their position has no merit and they cannot debate on facts alone.
Doctors recommend to not consume Alcohol with Viagra even if it is a matching blue can of Bud Light.
Full self driving is not coming to NZ in 2024, the govt is not ready for it and neither is insurance industry. Btw a couple of paid Tesla nerds driving around in some sort of trial does not constitute arrival, that is called testing.
Our roads lack the uniformity needed for autonomous driving. Even on Mining sites Komatsu picks and chooses where its automated trucks operate. They can’t drive same road a human can. The road needs to be wider and better maintained. Can you see NZ roads being updated and maintained to a uniform standard? We can’t afford it.

    @albundy/aka arsestinger...
You must have missed my referencing the link to byd, so the incomprehension is yours.. Most of us here in this forum can walk and chew gum at the same time.

    You pooh poohed byd.
My apologies that I did not take into account your cognitive limitations, so I have kindly pasted in the relative paragraph below for your reading pleasure and much needed education when it comes to byd. Musk clearly rates them now.

In the clip, after a brief laugh, Musk replied, "Have you seen their cars?" and started laughing again. He further responded with a "No" when the journalist asked if he doesn't see them as a competitor "at all."
However, Musk's opinion has drastically changed now.
That was many years ago. Their cars are highly competitive these days," the billionaire wrote in his reply to the tweet.

    Thanks for explaining

I still don't understand your point though,

Is their not rivalry between Ducati, KTM , Aprillia , are rival companies not allowed to shit on each other from time to time, it's what makes us men, who has the biggest cock, who can attract the most female partners, or do we live in a world where everyone is equal and should just show empathy

Fuck that, Musk is a winner, I'm a fucken winner, everybody else is a distant second place

Hopefully this explains my own mindset.

    Thanks for your response.

This made my day! Someone actually fact checked and wrote a long article on something Musk retweeted, It's hilarious, Elon Musk just has to pick his nose and mainstream media are all over it

Just so the Karen's of the world can say "Oh dear" this is not political correctness! We must put a stop to Musk! How dare he! My vagina is now sore,!! Brilliant.

This will be interesting to see how it plays out. Toyota, who have been very quiet on the EV topic, are now going gang-busters, having spent the past 11yrs working on development of solid state battery power.

This is interesting. The Axios Harris poll for 2023 has been released. This measures companies by reputation. Last year Tesla was 11th which was an excellent rating.
This year Tesla ranks 62nd. That groups it with companies some of whom are known to be in financial difficulties. That's not to say Tesla is in financial difficulties, that is just the company they are keeping one year later.

It could be worse, Tesla could be 97th, like Twitter. Or in last place like Trump Org.

Even VW ranks higher than Tesla which is remarkable because they were caught cheating their emissions figures.

Old news , the polls survey participants numbers were cut in half from last year's poll, and this year's participants were mainly Democrats.

The poll is likely rigged but means nothing in the bigger picture as Tesla is the number one selling car in the world so far this year.

Will Trump and Musk be cellmates soon?

A lawsuit against Tesla for sending an owner fatally into concrete median seeks to depose Musk as a witness over claims made in 2016 about how good “Full Self Driving” is….
Musk is trying to say he didn’t say it and that the video with millions of views made in 2016 is deepfake.
He risks serious Jailtime alone for that like Theranos if he repeats those lies in court let alone he’s likely to lose the actual lawsuit also….
