    Is that a genuine wire wheel? The carbs aren't CVs so maybe. Pity about the pipes.

    I had a 750 at 19 (a slow version of the 1000 or more common1100) . Fitted just fine.rode to Auckland from Welly no problem.

    When I started to be able to push it even a knoɓer like me could feel it flexing. They were born brave to race them.

    Zero desire to have one again especially with more weight and power.

    There is a page about them on the forrum somewhere. Even Ugly has its own following almost like a cult..... like the one year cr125 witht he helmet front number plate , or midget porn.
    Black pipe nz own homologation special is obviously a rare bike, but outside of that Meh.. Stormtrooper helmet enthusiasts
    Wheels are easy enough to fake GN front thub ,amongst many others, the rear was a GS1000? or similar with different rims.

    I saw one yesterday called a wire wheeler black piper, they aren't, they are wire wheelers, all 4 valve katanas of that era had black chrome pipes, the previous GSX were known as the black piper as they altered the muffler internals and didn't want to re chrome them so painted them, that was the normal style GSX

    aussie later on had a 1000cc limit for proddie racing, not here

    they are not worth shit to a lot of people as the guy who has the engine numbers won't publish them so who wants to hand over real money when it's not possible to verify it ????
    One minute he's telling people he's sold one for huge money next he still has the bike and is still making them out of standard bikes,
