No body move... I dropped my brain
What a dag! That article is hilarious. You've got it in the right section!
Yet another example of how you can manipulate statistics to illustrate any hypothesis you like . . .
Reminds me of a girl I knew whose first live in boyfriend persuaded her that his morning glory wouldn't go away unless she fixed it - if she didn't it would cause him irreparable damage.
He had her completely convinced for quite a few months. He would have been going to work with a smile on his face for a while!

well, it is important to moisturise.
Ah yes, statistics again enabling us to reach the wrong conclusion with confidence.
This article reads a bit like the super-sleuth who noticed the positive correlation between crime rates and ice-cream consumption:
The more icecream consumed the higher the crime rate. ICE CREAM CAUSES CRIME!
Unfortunately, although you can conclude that the joy-juice is correlated with the happier ladies, you can't say it caused it.
Incidentally, the cause of higher crime was correlated with ice-cream because more crime (break-ins, car-jacking etc.) happened on sunny days.
Here endeth the lesson...
Meanwhile, I'll be telling the wife about this fascinating new discovery first chance I get...![]()
Keep it rubber-side down...
