    Dynod the RMX

got the bike dyno'd today after fitting the pro circuit pipe and found it to have 33.5hp @ wheels something was definatly not right and after working out the power valve wasnt opening properly we held it up with some vice grips and got 41.3hp @wheels (46 Motor)
so need to figure out why the actuator aint pushing the rod high enough to open the valve full. the power valve has already been rebuilt at the the gearbox end but gotta feeling it may have shat itself again! will find out tomo when i pull it apart!

hmm think my rm may have the same problem, as I took off the powervalve cover and it didn't open much when I revved it. keep us updated on what was wrong.

sometimes they get a bit gummed up with old oil, and can take a while to get loose again...

There is a small bearing on the power valve actuator that if you have the wrong way around it will not work properly.

Well if you are having powervalve problems, check that bearing out. Mine was the wrong way around. Now that its fixed the bike fucking flys.
