The good riding weather should be back tomorrow SD - unfortunately gonna be busy shearing for the next 3 days, starting tomorrow am. which kinda put paid to a trip I had been planning.
Long range weather forecast is for it to be mainly dry through August and September so it should be good for the Penguin.
    Tomorrow?
Hell, on night-shift tonight - so I'll be sleeping through the 'riding weather'. Dang!

Hey take a look at the back of Grampa's backside, I reckon, that its a he/she/he with a tuck behind.....no wonder the poor soul has a joint in his hand, he doesn't know whether he is coming or going!

Oh well another thought for the KBer's to ponder over, as for me my life at the is consisting of packing boxes for yet another shift of housesand am keen as to get there, due for my first sleep at my new place on Wednesday 18th July

Gotta go boxes to pack etc.,

That sun is still shining SD - you still on night shift? Should finish our shearing tomorrow and once into next week I have some serious riding catching up to do - finally took the T/A out of the garage and gave it a wash to get the Brass Monkey adventure ride crap off it. Its still bloody cold but a 11am to 2pm ride on one of these nice days will be just the thing to blow out the system - anyone keen?

Why not buy a house truck - you can keep moving without having to pack!!. Get one with a hoist and a garage on the back for your bike and you'd be well sorted
Good luck with the moving, it must be a pain.

Its called a Toy Trailer, usually a 5th wheeler. I'm damn sure it would be cheaper in the long run for Woodybee than to pay Queenstown rent! Live in the caravan, park ya Bonnie in the lounge and use ya ute for daily stuff. LOL

58 sleeps to go Just in case you were wondering
The views expressed above may not match yours - But that's the reason my Dad went to war - wasn't it?

    Talking Numbero 26!

    Hey Dudes and Dudess's,

Well, got my number through, and Im number 26, blimey what was I doing when I was 26? urgh, been married for a year, and joined the feds and just finished training and pounding the beat......cripes thats seem like an eternity away.

Anyway, had my first ski lesson this morning, oh my god, what a stack of fun that was, surprising how reckless you feel hooning down the slopes on your own for the first time after a lesson Thank god for the snow plough, jeeps I carved up the snow a treat today I can tell you......dont think I have laughed so much, since sitting on that bull, very pissed at the Isle of Man....

Gonna dust off the snowboard, and give that another go before the end of the snow, mind you everyone seems to spend a lot of time, on their arse, fronts, back with that snowboarding, I never found it as fun as this skiing lark

So 56 sleeps now then, cant believe that rally was a whole year ago..........remember it was quite on arrival, hope its like that when we all arrive.

Whose going Friday or Saturday then?

Ba for now oh lovely kbers

So does idb stand for Ian De Bull??
And I'm not sure if there is 'anything' there on Friday night.

But a few KBers have threatened to stop the night at Chez Scumdog.

If you stay at the backpackers in Milton then I can lead you on a pretty good "non tar babies" route to Kaka Point on Sat morning. Be good to have at least another one adventure rider around and with any luck Jantar, MBazza and Oldrider may join up and any others coming down from Canterbury.
