*stirs shit* I believe this photo is out of context as we don't know why she was doing it in the first place. I'd be very surprised if this was at 100km in the middle of a group of newbies.

If any noobs are stupid enough to become statistics through simply viewing that action, then the gene pool will be a cleaner place.

We should be embracing this fine woman as a hero!

    Get your facts right folks

I would suggest that people check out the Mentors List (available under the Quick Links Menu) and you will find that Crashe is not a mentor.

I'm not saying what she did was right or wrong, but please don't slag off the KB mentors.

Have you folks never done anything wrong?

Ohh come on, Give her a break, There were fuck all learners there I thought it was supposed to be a 250 ride but was hardly the case. I only saw 4 L platers and they held their own easily.

For starters, She was riding at 5kph, You just had to be there it wasn't anything like you make it out to be. Seriously...

Hey guys, this was not meant to be any kind of personal attack on the mentor, this is just my view of what is acceptable and what is not when you tout yourself as a KB mentor. The no hands/helmet/jacket/gloves thing sends the wrong message is all I was trying to say! Please dont get me started on the open road riding skills

Crashe has done this type of thing for sometime now i have seen her do this on the motorway doing the westpac ride, i have seen her do this when we have been doing a funneral procession. It is all about time and place which is what crashe needs to learn.

I saw it , but took no real notice , alot of riders were going down the road to gas up ( no helmets or gloves ) but that was only 100mtrs down the road ,I don`t condone what was done but Crashe was`nt the only one cruising around like this , so I don`t think Crashe should be singled out( she was just captured on camera), all experienced- semi experienced riders are all Mentors and maybe we should all think about what we do , it could be detrimental to the the less experienced riders , I won`t defend Crashe she`s short and old enough to look after herself , and I do see your point MOM , so maybe we look at defining what Mentors should and should`nt do ( just a suggestion).

Well let me say that nobody was bad mouthing her there, so why here on the internet? If you were there, you would be more concerned about the guys who slid off their bikes on a slippery corner.

Apologies to the KB mentors, I admit I did not check the list out. All I know is this member touts herself as a mentor, and often is referred to as a mentor on some Auckland threads. I unreservedly apologise to any mentor that feels tainted by my post, am happy to change the title.

I got the fact wrong that she is listed as a KB mentor, I will state again this is not meant as a personal attack.
