To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

Jeez at least I did drop mine by myself!! I had an idiot (of course it was ALL his fault) turn directly in front of me. After gently slamming sideways into his car I gently laid my bike down on the other side... got rid of 3 out of 4 indicators... as well as panels and fairings and radiator and a bruised headlight fairing frame (there are no straight second hand ones!) apart from that I did no damage at all... to the clown that turned in front of me!
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
we will remember them
Damn and you sold ya boots too, lol.
Just think if ya did it at home, might have landed in pool.Nah gates shut eh.
Remember a mate coming home from RSA club semi pissed (was on leave from army)25 yrs ago, came to his gateway, stopped for traffic and forgot to put feet down, his dad was in a taxi 150mtrs behind him, nearly pissed himself as son was saying how quick he could get from Papakura base to home without a ticket.Damage was an indicator and mirror, and another dozen for blackmailing 2 of us not to tell his other bike mates.
Hello officer put it on my tab
Don't steal the government hates competition.
It's not a slight against your riding, what I should've said is that 'Some dumb muppet might back into it, you'll drop it again, whatever'. Shit happens, might as well wait till you sell it, and even then given the interesting shade of red, it might be better off just leaving it.
I managed to slip over the other day, backing into a space where I park my bike. There is a large tree stump cut level with the ground, when wet it can be slippery as hell... For some reason i forgot it was raining and planted my foot expecting to have some grip! Weee... No damage to bike, thankfully![]()
