    Progress... sort of...

New Tenant found, wanted to move in on Friday, but couldn't due to the shit in the garage, as they want to put their stuff in there and secure it, they don't want these drop kicks returning for their stuff and helping themselves to hers... and rightly so.

Tenants came around and moved SOME of the stuff out, were supposed to clean out by Tuesday, but didn't. Said they would have it all out by Saturday... TUI TUI TUI...

Ignored phone messages and texts, so today...

have moved all the stuff worth anything into a secure garage, so it can be uplifted whenever they like... no theft accusations possible for that...

Loaded anything that looked like rubbish onto the trailer and took it to their caravan at the camp ground. Sadly they weren't home, so I put it all in the awning, in front of the door to the caravan, they can NOT get in to the caravan without moving all of it... a whole trailer load of rubbish (shitty nappies, empty old milk bottles, you name it... Of course I "safely delivered their property to them... I don't know what was in their bags as I wouldn't pry..."

Wish I could see their faces when they get home!!!!!

New tenant sounds very promising... lived in the last house for 7 years and only moved because the owners sold. Is into gardening; has her own mower; Rent paid directly by WINZ, not her; she has great references even before the last 7 year rent... Things are looking up

But I wish I could see the old tenants faces...

You are not allowed to contract out of the Residential Tenancy Act ie, carpets must be commercially cleaned at the end of the tenancy. Yes you can have those words in the agreement, but try to take it to court and you will get a big fat NO!
Have just suggested this exact point to the agency who found our new tenant... while I was in Wellington and wifey is sorting. They (the agency) say I can't do that...???

    Why the F#@k not???????????????????????????????

    Ringing you tonight Mom.....

So leaving their stuff at a storage place - does this mean they have to pay to get it?

Sort of... it is in the sister in laws place, safe and secure, but I am billing them the same rate as a self storage business... awaiting the ruling from Tenancy granting me possession and for all costs now...

And now the next installment of: "The tenants from Arsewipesville..."

ITM trying to say, if they don't pay for the door, it will be up to me to pay, as it is my place. While arguing the point, one of the supervisors walked in and joined in the discussion, and beat me to the punch line by saying, "I told the boys never to do that, they have to check with the owners first to make sure it is the owner who will pay." Took the words right out of my mouth!!!!! That stopped the discussion right in its tracks... and the owner of ITM is re-billing them, not me! Hahahahahahahahahaha....

The sacks of shite got home today and found "their stuff" stacked up over the door to the caravan and the texts flew... Said "that was what they expeceted from a "PIG".." Oh, boo hoo, cry me a river, haven't heard that one before...

Said it was "now going to be my problem..." Bring it on cock smoker!!

Tried claiming I had unlawfully entered their tent... Pointed out nothing unlawful about delivering their property and putting it in out of the rain for safe keeping for them... Next please...

Pointed out to them that using my name without authority to pay the bill for the door they broke was fraud, but they really don't give a shit...

Then went on to say the house was rat infested... no mention of this... Pointed out it must have been because of the overgrown lawns and gardens, and all their rubbish in the garage must have attracted them...

I so wanted to say, "Nah, the rats moved out the day you left..." but wifey wouldn;t let me!!!

Then they said they "have photos of my handiwork and it will not go unnoticed..."

I asked for a copy so I could show the Tenancy Hearing coming up, just so I could show the Tribunal what "PIGS" they actually were and what they were leaving for me to sort... Didn't get a reply to that one for some reason...

All texts recorded for the Tenancy Hearing!!

Since they are no longer super sucky nosebrowning any more, today I applied for distress warrant so the car can be seized... gloves are off...

Camp site owners are fully aware of the situation and have had a guts full of them after catching them out on lies. They claimed to her that they had just moved up from the south island and didn't know whose stuff it was that had been dumped. He went off at her about letting people into his tent! She let rip and told them she would let whoever she liked into her camp ground. Being aware of the situation, they are TOTALLY supportive of my actions! Turns out the manageress is monitoring our CBD cameras from the end of the month!

Then the caravan hire owner was spoken to...after a heads up from the camp owner that they were leaving. Turns out they had contacted her to uplift the caravan as they were moving out and I enlightened her of the situation, fully... Another one totally on my side. She had seen the tent and it was empty, no rubbish.

But the beautiful part... They asked her for a reference!!!! After telling her my tale of woe, she said she will give them a reference all right, with my details as their previous landlord, "who has plenty to say about them." She too was awesome!!!!

But the icing on the cake... for this reference, she was given their new home address.... BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA........ While patrolling, there was their car, just the info the bailiffs needed to seize it!!!

Still got a trailer with busted springs that is full of rubbish parked on the rear section of the rental that is his... I see a delivery coming very soon!!!!

So it's true then - good things come to he who waits.

    Patience is a virtue.

Old age and cunning beats youth and beauty anytime. (guessing on their

    youth and beauty here).

Patience and time do more than strength and passion.

    And lastly.

Everyone is my friend and I like them... until they prove me wrong, then they become my hated enemy...

Thanks for all the support folks, it has been awesome and really does keep me going...

ITM rang today, still hinting at my having to pay... told them my position and that I would not. Tenancy confirmed for them that the tenants were careless in letting the door slam and break in the wind and are therefore responsible for the damage. ITM have cleared up our issue with me and are billing the sack... Sorted!

The last of this sorry saga is that they have left an old trailer on the property. Its springs are gone, is not roadworthy, hasn't been registered or warranted for two years or so and is chocka full of rubbish (dirty nappies, rubbish etc - and they call me a "PIG"....)

    REQUEST

Anyone have a largish trailer capable of winching this smaller trailer on to it so I can make one final "delivery.."

Must be local and reasonable rates (am already $2000 out of pocket due to these sacks of shit).

Forgive me for the off topic, but not having had kids, I have to ask... why didn't they just throw out dirty nappies in the trash with all the rest of their rubbish? Is there a law or bylaw about disposing of them in household refuse collection or something?
