I had a great time despite falling off. I'll post a video in the next few days.

Gotta say thanks to Chris (I think) from Chris Mitchell motorcycles for getting me some front brake pads when it turned out mine were more worn than I thought.

And thanks to Devil and Xile for giving me the ride back and Dave for the tie downs. And everyone else that offered help.

The off was just a lowside, I was unhurt, but the RH engine cover cracked and was leaking oil.

Thanks MotoTT for a smooth day yet again!

I had a great time, despite initially lacking confidence in my front tyre (been commuting on a pair of BT-002's *ahem*) but after the first couple of sessions, the tyre was back the shape it was supposed to be and was providing awesome grip. Particularly getting the power down out of corners.

Nice to meet you Shaun, all the best for the recovery.

Kiwi - No probs. Glad you enjoyed it. Watched the vid this morning and you rode Red like you owned it. Loved it when you pulled its head up at the end of the session. No worries about the rear. You should see it now...

Thanks to the MotoTT organisers and helpers. It was real beaut.
Was great to spend Father Days with my boy doing laps.

Cheers to Alan for a place to stay, and Jrandom for something to do the night before

Was a nice day, jrandom lent me his leathers so i could atleast try to resemble the man that he is

Superdave had an off and hurt his pinky or something, so i got a blat on his RS250 - those things are a pain in the ass, completely different (uncomfortable for me) riding position, and having to be right on the money rev/gear wise made it an experience. Finally got used to it in the last two laps of the session before we loaded the bike up.

Then Alan let me out for a squirt on the GSXR600K6, where i was much more at home on than the RS250. Didn't set any lap records but had a good blast. Nice bike, but 'very stock' as the fruitman puts it. Suspension could do with a bit of tweaking, but i'm not about to go changing another mans bike to suit me.

Nice to see all the usuals there as well as a few new comers! See you all next time, hopefully in my own leathers and riding my own bike!

It's better to not pass and know that you could have than to pass and find out that you can't. Wait for the straight.

Was an awesome day despite missing the first session.

Was really annoyed with all the people in the slow group on big bikes. Us dudes on 400's would easily go past them, then theyd just go past us on the back straight, and plonk themselves right in front of us again holding us up...

Ah well. Was good to see some familiar faces and scrub the mud off my tyres

    Cheers.

Ps, when the piccies up? the website hasnt been updated in a while?
