Well if you get out there, I have this feeling that a KB card would be a Very Good Thing. Most of us feel pretty gutted when someone has a bad bin because there but for the grace of god .....

No matter what we do for a crust, we're all motorcyclists and I'd rather like this guy to know we care.

Is someone going to go and convince him to keep biking after he recovers like Donor did for me? (cheers bro)

Hope he's not in too much pain, sounds alot worse than mine

    All the best,

    Mike.

As of this morning, basically still the same. Still sedated to a large degree but responsive to medical staff ... I presume that means small things such as squeezing a finger or blinking eyes.

    Guys and Girls...

I have been giving some thought about the suggestion for a card (which is appreciated).

I was thinking if I go and get one, I could go to a well known spot like the BP at Drury (and / or somewhere else) on Saturday or Sunday and you can come and sign the card.

    Thoughts please...

For those that can't sign the card, I'm happy to just print off the relevant posts in this thread and attach to the card.

Not good news..... hopefully he fully recovers. Never good when a fellow biker has an off.

    Best wishes.

    Un be leave able!

BC - Sterling idea, post where and when, am just down the road, will drop down and sign it

Wankers - This is a post about a fallen rider, irrespective of job, a rider, a person with a common interest, have some freaking respect! What would it be like for your family, if something really bad was to happen to you, and as per normal the KB community got in, paid their respects, helped the family etc, as all too often they do. Yet the, "He/she was a great person - very sorry" thread was tainted with crap from some other peanut brained moron just because you do A or B job? Grow the fuk up!

The rider in question - Cop or no cop, rider or no rider, speed or no speed, get well soon pal, all the best for a speedy recovery!

All - Cops are only a problem when you fuk up or are doing something wrong. Don't want a problem, don't break the law. Want to break the law (and I do too), get busted, do the crime, pay the fine (or do time). It isn't the cop at fault, it is you

That's my rant, and I suppose simply by adding to it, I'm endorsing it, but be sure, this is not about me, it is about him, and the all too frequent lack of responsibility and respect

Printing the comments from this thread sounds like a good idea. Go for it! Might be that some oft he disrespect early on in this thread might make the poor bloke want to go back into sedation land! Best of luck to a fellow biker, recover well. Cheers
When you take thousands of photos of your bike does the light from the flash weaken the plastic?

    Print the Threads eh!

Yeah good idea to print the threads. Means that those not able to get to sign will be able to pass on best wishes (maybe do both !!)

Just blank out Katman's drivel... or better yet leave them there so he wont feel bad about busting bikers in the future... (as some of us are fukwits)

These guys (police) risk themselves everyday to protect us and most of them are good people.

    Get well soon Coppa!!

Or even better, leave his drivel in, and put his full name, address and rego next to it.
