Looking forward to it. See you tomorrow. Cheers.
Sometimes you wish it was easier, but if it was, everyone else would do it, then you remember you don't want to be like everybody else!

Hi everybody ( Bruce especially )

I'm afraid over the last few days I've managed to inherit a dose of this nasty flu doing the rounds and although I'm now full of chemicals and feeling a lot better, the last thing I want to do is spread this around the team tomorrow night.

While I'm on the bike with the bugs trapped inside my helmet you're all safe so depending on how knackered I am early that morning, I may yet still head down very early and catch you lot for the Saturday morning sojourn starting at Bruces, but I'll ive timg a buzz on the batfone Friday evening to confirm

    Cheers, Stu

That doesn't sound too healthy Stu - hope it comes right quickly but there are some nasty ones doing the rounds at the moment and you do need to look after yourself.

Well the large piece of dead pig is thawing out ready to be BBQ'd tomorrow so I'm partly ready and I'm looking forward to seeing you all here. Great to talk to Oldrider tonight and hear he's coming, and Delphinus will come out from Dunedin for Frid night here as well.

Ride safe - the weather looks like its going to be our friend

I don't know about you Bruce, but people who insist on going to work / events etc and end up giving the flu to everyone else really piss me off, so I'd rather not be one of those people. Hell, have you seen some of those adventure bikers when they're angry Me neither, but the thought of being dragged to death behind a DR over the Danseys is somehow reminiscent of the old days when they used to draw and quarter people

Hope all goes well for tomorrow night, and you may still see me for the Saturday ride yet.

    Cheers, Stu

Nowdays they make you ride the DR over Danseys on the stock seat.

Thumbs up Great ride in the Pissed Penguin.

I joined Ruralman's Saturday gravel ride to the Pissed Penguin. Great people, excellent roads, very good time at the rally. Hope you all got home safe and well.
The first photo shows bikes and Shreks houch(sp), the second is a close up. Great place to stay near the swamp, Shrek. Cheers.
