Yeah im just biased as my mate had his zzr400 totalled by a Somalian Rufugee who wasnts suppose to be driving (no nz license), then when the court case came around she split to Aussie (She had been a NZ refugee for 5 years so this allowed her into up to 5 other countries).

I feel that NZ isnt quite a dumping ground yet - more the 4 square for rest of the world (convenient). Stepping stone to Australia, UK and US for alot of people who do not have choices due to the people they are.

And Kiwi's do not use their family to get a UK passport to work in Europe etc.
