Taranaki ride, Sat 22 Sept 07

Just got a call from my mate that wants to do a two day ride saying what about this weekend? I have told I have planed to do this Naki ride and suggested he come along, hope thats ok with everyone, chances are he wont come though. I told him to put off the two dayer until the following weekend. If he does come he's an ok kinda guy.....bit rough round the edges though rides not too bad, he can keep a decent pace up.
Bones 2 rang me with an expression of interest in doing the Naki ride as well, might give him a call later on this week and see what he says.

The good news for me is that I found a mate to cover for me so can make the trip - whew.

Daytona goes in for 6000 mile service on Friday (another whew) so she'll be all ready to go.

had a fab ride over here today did the track & Ballance for a bit of fun, was great to get the thermal liner outta the jacket .. so now in sarges neck of the woods getting muh hands dirty doing mechanics 101 .. must say the bike is not looking anything like you would take out on the track but we making fantastic progress so hopefully by morrow aft she will be up the road with some wicked sounds
