Wanted to borrow: 250 in Chch

    Hey guys

Hopefully someone can help me... I'd like to borrow a registered, warranted, road legal 250 for next Wednesday evening, the 3rd of October, in Christchurch. Doesn't really matter too much what it is. At the moment my bike is in the shop getting fixed (fork internals, before you ask, not as a result of a crash!), with parts still coming in from Japan, and it's unlikely to be fixed by then unfortunately.

Please PM me if you're able to lend one, it'd be much appreciated. Cheers

LOL Bill, probably should have. The bugger is costing me more than it needs to, that's for sure. Did you get my PM about it?

Err... you have a GPX? Did I know about it? Either my bad memory or yours; one of us can't remember!!

Should catch up for a ride sometime soon either way.

Mate you've only got a few months left until you're clear to move on

I read the PM via the email link, thought Linton would have it under control though.

Ha yeah a wee GPX400 rat goes OK just a bit rough around the edges but does what it has too. Just sorting the wee bugger out presently while I'm waiting for some bits for the GSX & ZXR

I'm keeping an eye on the mid-week rides but will have to bide my time till the evenings stretch out a bit more before rolling in for those, but there should be some good weekends coming up to clock up a few kms

Damned right, and counting it by the day at this rate, especially since I currently don't have a bike to ride and am getting withdrawl symptoms!! You're right though, Linton does have it under control, had another chat with him this afternoon about it. Real good stick that guy, will be sending more work his way in the future. Absolute legend. You can thank me later Linton

Might have to hoon out (once I've got a bike again!! ) and have a catch up, and check out your collection! Hopefully manage some weekend rides as well as the midweek ones, which me and Phoenix are hoping to turn into a regular thing. I'm working on getting another job at the moment, though
