Was talking to Big Dave about this last night. Having both a sportsbike and a naked I haven't ridden the sports bike since January and I don't miss it.

Getting naked is where its at.

I guess that depends on your definition of 'sportsbike'... I would've considered a Brutale a sportsbike myself, fairing or not. Maybe you should put some flat bars on your fairing bike?

Im a sportbike rider.. but i like all kinda bikes and i like to own all kinds at some stage or other, i enjoy every bit of sportsbike the rush, the cutting edge technology etc etc and would prefer to have a cruiser when i cant touch my toes..:-) and surely will take time then, to enjoy the scenary.

but i do respect all rides as long as u are open minded to understand "to each his own"

When it comes to pillion seats on cruisers, why is it that the width of the seat is usually inversely proportional to the width of the arse sitting on it?
Thats an easy one , usually it is the rider who paid for the bike so he gets a decent seat , the pillion is just a freeloader to they get the elcheapo version

That's why I picked the Brutale. Upright and no fairings but can go like a scolded cat.
