We dont go putting down the Wellington people nor do we the Christchurch people we have a huge social group of people we see including people up north and south and Dont like to told by a somebody how we should be celebrating Kiwibikers 5th year anniversary or weather we can have our own thread for our party. I am sure Spank Me doesnt give a shit and why should he after all he went to Chrischurch

We are all yoofs and part of a big family and voice our own opinions weather right or wrong.

I'm not getting at you guys for not being social but to me the point is still though one of common courtesy. Why sign up on the thread to say you'll go and then just opt out? If you never wanted to go and didn't agree with the organisers etc then why not just don't sign up in the first place?

Well merv we both did not sign up for auck event

Also Frosty's KIWIBIKER trrackday ended up on that weekend instead of the following weekend so hence the real issue lies here no ones a "dick"as was red blinged

thats why such a big pullout for Sat night.Others personal reasons

Chose not to go to the Auckland one only because I refuse to get on the piss in the city due to it being a pain in the arse taxiing to places that stay open late enough so serve me the bourbons that I require. Plus I tend to get into trouble when partying in town so why do it.

Its the auckland "i cant be fucken arsed" culture, brought upon by years of high taxi fares and 10km journeys that take 30 minutes.

I put my name down for the AK's party and the day before my best mate, (like since I was two days old, born on the same day and each others best man and all that shit) really needed a hand with something serious. I felt bad not going cos I was gonna do Town and say hi then Mom + Maha's too but figured since there was 40+ people singed up no-one would want my sorry ass excuses and wouldn't notice anyway. I have promised to myself to meet more KB'ers tho. You'll never get on with everyone and thats just life but as I meet more of you dood's from cyberland there's people I click with.

1/ The thread was placed as a 'poll' so once people had listed they could not change it.
2/ The trackday was changed to the SAME DAY after the 'poll' was put up , so riders had to make a choice.
3/ It Rained & some would have been put off because of that.
4/ There ended up being several conflicting events held on the same day/night.
5/ No one seemed to actually stand up & take this event by the horns.
6/ EVERYONE else had CAKE
