There would be little point in gearing for any speed beyond 275kph. I can see people twisting the throttle at any speed and going flying off the back of the bike.
It is going to be fucking insane.

I would think the appeal is less the top end and more the fact you can get to 160kph by the time the lights changed from red to green.

Who rides at the those 250k plus speeds anyway?

With the agreed limit that all bikes will be under 300kph, inc. the new busa however powerful, what's left for ultimate performance? Brutal looks and acceleration?

Suzuki speed limit is removed by one 15k Ohm resistor for grant total of maybe $0.50

Sure, and you can trick out busas in all kinds of crazy ways to up the power.

But off-the-shelf its going to be no faster than the ZX14 of old Busa, therefore no advertising its faster. Suzuki can't say that you can destrict the bike. But they can say 0-60 in 2 secs.

So suzuki need a new approach to ultimate hype.
