Yes oh yes!!!! lookin forward to waking up.... please let me wake up tomorrow!!!!??

Bloody kids (my fault really) left the garage door open, the kids decided hose play time.... (water outside is fine) Not in the garage!!!!... over the bike, a couch, and some of my gear on it. ahhh well, "shit happens, suffering is optional".

Never mind, getting sorted and awaiting the clock to strike "start ya engine" time.

well it all looks like we are ready to rumble, dont have to lean my bike up against a tree no more, altho even getting the right part meant actually getting a part we dont think it quite right... confused??
well the new stand is actually 30mm shorter than the old, which means the bike would have leaned over a whole lot more than previously, and it already had a good lean on the stand.
So we have had to do some modifications... and its all sweet now, so roll on TOMORROOOOOOOOWWWWWW

I can lend (grudgingly) Dangerous my tassled jacket but the ponytail is beyond my abilities....

PS Green with envy, turns out I DO have the weekend off but CB has gone up the 'noth-island' to a wedding and with running so many bikes and V8s I can only get to so many rallies and rod-runs a year.....roll on the Magpie!!

The thought of ditching my bike or pushing it home from Nelson doesn't set the mood for me

Well its been done, over and did!!
An excellent weekend all around. Honed my riding skills, honed my drinking skills, of which I turned backward for the Saturday night, As part of a Friday night recovery regieme.

Set off just after 8.30 with the slightly less than Sensible one, over the Lewis, stop at Springs for a drink and leak, over to Reeton at Dawsons pub, through the upper Buller to Murch, Fuel, off to the lakes for a stop, Renwick, and up over the top back into Nelson. The arse was weary, but the ears was in Heaven. Me new C-fibre tinny lived to my desires(after gettin it on just a few days before). Set the Tent, had a drink, a cook-up of a "Big Eat" product. And shimmied back to the bar tent for the night. Ummm it was a great one with plenty of laughs and whatever, along with blank bits

Sat morn and the run up over dem der hills (Takaka ways) Was the she-it! you could not wish for more, weatehr held in there as well.

Sat night, I did not realy intend to touch any tainted hydrating fluids, but was tempted to have a few By Mr S. But remained very tame. Watch that magic show, the first for a rally??? Bits were good'ish.
The band was (am I sarcastic???)

A bit-o the damp stuff over the nite, and a great run home, and the bod is again feeling ragged.

Yet to get through any pictures, and the what little vid clips I did take.

Great to meet a few more faces, even though some I have most likely forgotton again.

Well me gotta go do stuff... I will be tellen ya wen I got some pics to looky at.

Oh yeah and followed a Duck-ati often over the weekend, and 3k's from home got a live one in the head... it was like just floating in mid air... until it and my helmet colided. Ironic.
