It only took just over an hour for me to get it.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

PM me if you want an HTTP link for the 700mb versions and i will put them on my server 10mbit upload.
However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results.

I think it's great that they are doing the trip and popularizing 'adventure riding' but I think they should pay tribute to the riders who have done similar (if not the same routes) before them WITHOUT support vehicles and the worlds media etc backing them up. (Silk road rider couple spring to mind, cant remember their names but they did it off their own backs on 650gs's).. maybe they mention them in the books? There seems to be a popular misconception that they are the first to ever do anything like this, I meet lots of people who think they are the last two explorers on earth, I tell them to check out Mondo Enduro and similar...

Ho Hum Rant over - looking forward to episode 2!!!
I agree. We were on the road when Long Way Round first came out and got a bit bored with people saying - "Ooh, just like Ewen and Charlie" - nope, nothing like them thanks!! Terra Circa and Mondo Enduro are awesome by the way!!

Bought the DVD from GPstore, $29.95 and we watched the whole thing in one night. Awesome, well worth the $$.

(and I agree, Eve should have stayed home, poor Charlie )

Ha! We did the same thing this last weekend. Bought the DVD and watched it all in two hits.
Agree...excellent VFM. In fact, we thought it was better than Long Way Round.
Yep! Eve came across as a bit of an infiltrator. We too felt sorry for Charley, but good on him for speaking up about how he felt.
Overall an excellent mix of biking and story-telling. It must be difficult dreaming up variations on bike to bike shots or camera vehicle to bike shots.
Ewen's comment about snapping 350 pictures of his bike against 350 different backgrounds was so true.

So...where next? Long Way Up? NZ to London perhaps! I doubt it. I suspect that if they were going to do that, sadly they'd start in Oz and leave out NZ for logistical reasons.

For those that have sky, keep an eye out on the Doco channel, as they are showing Charlies attempt at the Dakar Rally.
Think its called Race to Dakar
