Hahaha, I've never seen so many holier than thou sentiments..."cars are crap"..."bikes move the soul"..."cages are just small trucks" yada yada yet we've all got 'em.

I guarantee if you won that thing in a lottery 9 out of 10 of you would want to take it for a spin and 9 out of 10 of you would have a smile on your face as soon as you started it up and gave it a rev.

I just about laughed myself stupid (it's a medical condition) at the styling comments from the pilots of bikes that are the styling equivalent of Supernanny.

I also laughed myself stupid (yes, again, it's a permanent medical condition) at the comments about handling/shitty cars/I love bikes etc....but they admit to wanting a frikkin' 4 wheel drive! They actually want and/or choose to own a "passenger truck"??!! The mind boggles...(that medical condition again)

This poll is car or bike... not a bastardised cheaper combination of both. It's a simple question...

...and the simple answer is that most of us need a car. Even those who say they've never had a car licence have needed a car at some stage. I need a car so I figure it might as well be a nice one. Sure it's not to everyones taste but it beats commuting in the rain or wind, it beats strapping shit onto your sportsbike (keep that cruiser away from me, Satan!)when you are going away for a weekend, it beats having to leave my best mate (muttly) at home whenever I go out, it's nice to pull up with my partner of nearly 20 years (no, not muttly) and "go the grope" like a couple of teenages when we are on our way home from a movie etc etc.

I'd take the original over the latest iteration but beggars can't be choosers. You poontzy Ferrari types can turn up to the yacht club in your tie and fake tan, I'll stick to turning up to the barbecue wearing a tee shirt, with grease under my fingernails, in this:

Impractical??? Isn't impraticality the problem with bikes?

Never owned a car, why would I want to?
If your starting out, in 10 years you might be able to call yourself a biker.
    Started out when I was 17 too. Thats 16 years ago. Started on a KR1SP. Owned bikes and cars since. My last 3 bikes was a 2003 SV1000S, 2006 GSXR1000, 2006 SV1000S.
So in ten years, hopefully I can then call myself a biker too........

You might want to own a car for........ Convenience, Practicality or a nice suprise. (Unless you already have a work car or partners car).

Interesting you went back to an SV after the Gixxer.

The Mustang does nothing for me.......TVR has always been my dream car

Just remember folks you're not allowed to hold an opinion that is at odds with anyone else. You HAVE to agree with everyone else.

Otherwise you're a useless socialist liberal with no idea of what is right.

If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

    Or left ...

One of the last TVR V8s for me. Sounds like nothing else on earth, go like very little else on four wheels and have lots of character. By which I mean they break down all the time. Harley and Ducati owners call this character, no?

But whilst I'm at it, that new KTM superbike thanks

I think the mustangs are the best american car ever. Although its not hard to polish a turd now is it.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

Perfection is not something you should ever attain, but something to always strive for. For if we actually achieve our idea of perfection, is it then any longer perfect?
