It almost looks like all the people from the shithole towns south of taupo got rid of a perfectly good moderator, I dont know frosty but by the testimonials from fellow members he sounds like a top bloke, I read a few of his post and he seems to know his way round a motorcycle and surely for a MC site that must be a big plus, are there any auckland mods?

It also makes people respect mods by havin ones there that people know and have good repour (spelling error hitch) and have earned it by their actions.
The other point is also people contribute to this site financially and as far as i am concerned there will be no contributions from my household any more. We also put time and effort to make it fun for people so we should have some say i dont exspect the world.

I hear your sentiments. All good, however, sometimes it can also create problems if Mods are people who we know well etc as it can make things arkward as well when a problem has to be addressed.

I don't think that those who contribute financially or socially should have the casting vote. By shutting down support because of your dislike for the Mods or whatever, is not the way to go because it is not really them who are affected, it is the members.

So we're clear, Tony's a mate. Someone who's friendship I value dearly. I also happen to get on extremely well with both the senior moderators and a good deal of other mods.

Once again we've got a "us" verses "them" thread with no one knowing all the facts.

I am talkin as kiwibikers not as me and Dawn without financial contributions from most poeople where would the site be so the picture is alot bigger than just mods who cant earn the respect like frosty had and deserved. Its funny the 1 person who we all know has caused this upheaval is staying well clear and any mention of her name and its thrown into pointless drivel. Funny that. Isnt one of the site rules to keep harmony in the site. What a disruption she has caused and thats okay because its Kikahas partner. Frosty issues were small compared to her Ultimatum People dont even bother complaining about her anymore beacause they already know the answer.

I found out from this thread where all the moderated posts go!, cruising through the PD has provided some of the best entertainment i've found in a single thread yet!


We know who knows what really happened, and we know we'll probably never find out what really went on.

That was the only reason I waded into this thread in the first place. I felt disclosing the facts would shut it down. A wall of silence was always going to rark people up when someone respected like Frosty is involved.

Had the SM's announced the demotion I'm sure this could have been short-circuited. Maybe an idea for next time there is a change like this..?

For me at least now that there's been some explanation from the SM's I'm happy to let the matter rest. As long as the other mods are held up to the same standard I say fair enough.

I don't know the people involved so I really don't have a position on the politics. It is sad there seems to be so much venom hanging around KB these days.
