    Interesting evening...

At precisely 9:30pm, a convoy of heavy road working machinery turned up outside my house and began ripping up the road in no apparent controlled manner. Ignoring the obvious quality of the work they expect to do for a few hours in the evening and no doubt will be doing it again in a few months... what the fuck are the Council doing?

Well I called them to find out but it turned into an "abusive call" within about 45 seconds when they couldn't answer a simple question. They hung up. Several further calls and hang ups and I got the message that I can go fuck myself, the Council decide what and when they are doing the work and there's nothing I can do about it.

111 was pretty good and I'm sure after 3 calls they are having some fun with this. Even got a few laugh's from them. On my third call I asked the police to shut it down and that's just what they pushed through. I was too slow turning on my scanner to find out what the dispatcher said but rest assured, my job first thing tomorrow is to make a Council worker cry on the phone. I promise you I will achieve this.

This Country is a joke. No one is in control of anything. I'm absolutely positive that if NZ wasn't colonised, even the Maori's would be doing a better job.

Fuck you Aucland City Council, you bunch of incompetant, retarded morons.

Yep..AUckland City COuncil are now in a league of their very own...kindly remind them on the resource management act and local bylaws...heaven knows that when I was running a project on Great SOuth Rd that required explosive blasting of the basalt rock that was in the middle of the basement to be...they gave me a bloody hard time. Go to work on them. Find out the honcho in charge and call him at home repeatedly through the night...
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.
It takes a big man to cry...and an even bigger man to laugh at that man.

I have it on very good authority that they are no longer born with tear ducts. Something to do with an abundance of KFC and a life of violence. (JK)

You can't punch people on the phone Boomer. I wish you could but considering it takes 3 days to dowload a song, I think NZ telecommunications is a fair was off phone punches.

However, speaking of coconuts a majority of the people currently working outside my house are coconuts so you could be right. However, my pip is not with them... at least it wasn't until they started playing jiggaboo music to add to my misery.

Update: I'm on the phone to 111. I am asking them if I park my car in the middle of the road and they hit it, are they legally responsible.

Go and have a look for the keys for the equipment, If you find them take the equipement for a joy ride. Theres usually a compartment somewhere, where they hide them.

If the car is stationary they are. An example of this: is if for some reason you go thru a red light and stop in the of the intersection and a some one 'on' the green hits you they are deemed to be at fault. The court may find differently but in general if you hit a stationary vehicle for any reason you are likely to be liable.

Ring Banks and tell him that you voted for him. Just remind him that he owes you. Of course now that he's mayor he will act in you interests.
