eek Just like a walk in the park...

    ... only motorised.

There was this guy in an older Falcon following me around, staying a respectful distance back, but definitely lurking in my mirrors. When an intersection came up he started indicating really early, and for some odd reason I felt compelled to indicate the same direction and go that way too...

We pootled around for a while in the morning sunshine, turning this way and that, avoiding gaggles of school kids making their way to school for the day. But it couldn't last and eventually we pulled over and stopped for a chat...

... and the guy gave me my full licence as a reward.

Soapbox house of cards and glass, so don't go tossing your stones around.
You musta been.... high. You musta been...

    Congratulations mate - good stuff!

So what are you getting yourself in order to celebrate it?
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)

Thanks guys, appreciate it. Sure is a good feeling, been waiting on this one for what seems like forever. Wasn't worried about the test itself - which was good since there was absolutely nothing to worry about, easiest thing I ever did - but the time, seemed to take forever to get here!

Cheers G! Yeah, it was pretty early, had to be there at 7.50 to meet the tester. Happily he was an easy going friendly guy, so I had no trouble with being nervous or anything... hence the "walk in the park". Had to make it early though on account of having to go back to friggin' work afterwards...

Me? Happy? Nah... Bit on the glum side...
    See you there.

You know I want to as well! Err... what am I doing at my computer? *Deviant shaped cloud*

As for what's next? Not too sure at this stage. The plan is to get out there and try to test ride as many as I can, try to get a feel of what suits me best. I mean, having these set ideas in your head is all well and good until you get out there and find it's totally different in the real world. So, I'm trying not to have any preconceived notions.

Having said that, if someone were to donate me a late 90s CBR600F in tidy original condition I'd not be complaining
