Best day of the week to get work done on your bike.

Was taking the bike in for a service this week and it got me thinking. I wonder what day is the best regarding mechanics motivation and care for your machine.

Mondays could be bad because a long weekend fishing and just general monday-itis .

Tuesday not bad but still sorting the parts etc needed for the week, disrupted day, still not out of weekend mode .

Thursday not bad but the mind is starting to drift to weekend planning, still one day of work to go after this one .

Fridays end of week, tired and sick of bikes , especially bad if its the last job of the week, might of had a midweek night out.

Thinking Wednesday would be the best, they can see the end of the week approaching, they are back into work mode and have got the week sorted by this stage.

I always slip an extra $20 cash to my mechanic anyway so hoping day of the week won't be an issue.

It's always the best day when you:

    D_ IT Y_URSELF

Would you like to buy a vowel?
You only need two tools in life:
Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't.
WD-40 if it doesn't move and it should.

Brute force and ignorance always prevails.
Failure comes from too little brute force, or
    too little ignorance.

i think pay day for them would be the best day.

anyone else use a bit of bribary to increase the chances of a good job being done. Box of Beer, cash etc

Mine can't be serviced till Monday, so really hoping Mr Mechanic has had a nice restful weekend working in the garden and just can't wait to start working on bikes.
