Me thinks your wife and I would get on! Apparently, I have a very sick sense of humour for a woman, and it is pretty rare for me not to gross out other members of my own gender.

It's all about perceptions hun...I wouldn't say that I find two guys kissing disgusting as per se...It's just probably not as appealing to a lot of people as two girls kissing or a heterosexual couple embrassing...

No one said double standards were ever fair, but they are there nonetheless...It's a shame, I agree, but thankfully it is better than it was 30 years ago, and it is getting better I believe.

There will always be such minorities...As much as I'd like to see a world filled with open minded people only, that would be a utopia.

Just take comfort in knowing that those who matter to you really appreciate you for who you are, regardless of your sexual preferences.

Hmmm, I just had a thought...

If there's always going to be people who are deviant in one way or the other - what will happen as we abolish one taboo after the other?

I'm all for tolerance and acceptance of diversity - but what if we just drive a minority of people further and further out into extremism by making everything more and more acceptable and tolerable?
It is preferential to refrain from the utilisation of grandiose verbiage in the circumstance that your intellectualisation can be expressed using comparatively simplistic lexicological entities. (...such as the word fuck.)
